Hong Khai Seng
Founder & Director @ Studio Dojo
Hong Khai Seng is a design leader, educator, and community builder with close to two decades of experience in user experience, research, and learning design. As Founder & Director of Studio Dojo and current President of the Design Business Chamber Singapore (DBCS), he has championed behavioural and cultural change in organisations while shaping the growth of Singapore’s design ecosystem. Previously Head of Singapore at Foolproof, Khai Seng has also taught interaction design, design thinking, and experience design at institutions such as the National Institute of Education, Republic Polytechnic, and Singapore Institute of Technology.
Over his career, Khai Seng has worked with clients ranging from global corporations like Dell, HSBC, and Samsung, to local organisations such as DBS, SPH, and OSIM, as well as government agencies including EDB, CPF, and MOE. A strong advocate for design capability-building, he focuses on developing learner-centred design experiences that empower leaders, teams, and educators. He also played a pivotal role in growing Singapore’s UX community through initiatives such as UXSG. Guided by the belief that purposeful design is a powerful connector across disciplines, Khai Seng continues to advance design’s role in shaping meaningful change.
