Lewis Liu
Founder and Director of Crowdsense
Lewis is the Founder and Director of Crowdsense, a consultancy that helps organisations engage stakeholders, identify emerging trends, and develop strategies for impact. Over the past decade, he has worked across the public (PMO, MCCY), private (Grab), and people sectors (better.sg).
He began his career in the Public Service, where he supported agencies in stakeholder engagement and policy feedback. He has designed and facilitated workshops, focus groups, and experiential tours—including for the 21.5km North-South Corridor—to surface ideas from diverse communities. He also led a network of 200 public officer facilitators, equipping them with the skills to handle complex dialogues.
Beyond his work at Crowdsense, Lewis is an Executive Education Fellow at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy (LKYSPP). Trained in design thinking, ethnographic research, improv, and forum theatre, he brings both rigour and creativity to his design and facilitation practice.
