With nearly three decades of international experience, Mario Van der Meulen is a visionary leader in design and innovation, based in Singapore. As the founder of MVDM Designs, he delivers human-centric strategies that fuel business transformation through creativity and thoughtful insight.

Mario's work bridges design and behavioural science, specialising in building brand capabilities that resonate with people. He is, in his own words, "a human that designs with and for other humans."

A published author and sought-after international speaker, his key themes include design leadership, meaningful innovation, and human-centred design in the age of AI. He has delivered over 150 talks, workshops, and creative sessions across more than 20 countries on five continents.
